Visapoint services

Check your documents before you apply.

Visapoint compares your documents with official requirements, points out details that do not match, and helps you understand a previous refusal. Here is exactly what each service covers, and where it stops.

Visa requirements check

Choose a destination, visa type and passport to see the requirements for your route and a personal checklist.

What it covers

  • Requirements for the tourist, study and work routes we cover
  • A first result before you create an account
  • A personal document checklist once you save your application

What you receive

  • The requirements for your route, taken from official sources
  • A personal checklist of the documents you need

Good to know

  • Requirements come from official sources and can change. Confirm on the official site before you apply.
  • Not every destination or visa type is covered yet.
  • A readiness view shows what is still missing. It is not an approval prediction.

Free to start. No account is needed for the first result.

Document checks

Upload your documents privately. Visapoint reads them, compares them with your answers and with each other, and flags details that do not match.

What it covers

  • Names, dates of birth, passport numbers, employer, income, travel dates and institutions
  • Missing items against your checklist, with a note on each document
  • PDF, JPG and PNG files up to 20 MB

What you receive

  • A note on each document you upload
  • A list of details that do not match between documents and your answers

Good to know

  • Automated reading can be wrong. Always open the original and correct anything we misread.
  • We check consistency. We do not confirm that a document is genuine.
  • The first check is free. Optional activation adds further support, shown before you pay.

Requires a Visapoint account. Uploads are private to you.

Visapoint Review

Connect what you said, what your documents show and what still needs an explanation. Useful before you reapply after a refusal.

What it covers

  • Visa refusal review: your refusal letter, your earlier application and what the letter may mean
  • Visitor and student application reviews
  • Document consistency, financial evidence and pre-CAS interview reviews
  • Quoted evidence from your own documents, with a link to the original page

What you receive

  • A written report on your case with quoted evidence from your own documents
  • A link from each quote to the original page, so you can check the reading
  • Questions you may need to answer, and documents that would help

Good to know

  • It is not legal advice and does not predict a decision.
  • Financial checks use review guidelines, not immigration rules.
  • You can share a report by link. Anyone with the link can read it. Links expire after seven days and you can revoke them sooner.

Requires a Visapoint account. Evidence stays private unless you share a report.

Study Abroad

Build one academic profile, match it against programme data we have checked, track university applications and prepare your student visa.

What it covers

  • Programme matching against published entry requirements
  • A shortlist of up to five programmes and a tracker for each university application
  • Interview preparation and a route into the student visa journey

What you receive

  • A shortlist of programmes with the published entry requirements we found
  • A tracker for each university application
  • Practice questions for admission interviews

Good to know

  • A match is not an admission decision. The university decides.
  • We only show programmes we can support with published information.

Requires a Visapoint account.

What Visapoint does not do

  • It does not decide, influence or guarantee any visa, admission or appointment outcome.
  • It is not a government body, embassy, visa centre or university.
  • It does not give legal advice.
  • It does not confirm that a document is genuine.

Visapoint guidance is not a prediction of approval and does not influence any decision. Only the embassy, visa office or university decides your application.

Government, embassy, visa centre and university fees are separate. You pay them through the official channels. Visapoint shows its own fee before you pay.
